Tuition and Fees

Costs for programs of study at Alderson Broaddus University are competitive and affordable.

The following fees and tuition apply to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Information Technology Administration program:

Application Fee (non-refundable)	$30
Deposit (applied to tuition, non-refundable)	$250
Tuition	$500/credit hour
Technology fee	$100/semesters of study
Make-up Residency fee (Applies only when a student misses a required residency session)	$300
Complete Cost of Program (Not including make-up fees, books, meals, housing, or any international student fees.)	$18,280
Estimate that must be on I-20 per year	$19,000

10% discount for military or government employees.

Funding

The total amount necessary for your first year of study must be documented and provided. Documentation can include one or more of the following: bank statements, affidavits of support with supporting financial evidence, employment letters, tax returns, investments, etc. Funds must equal to the total cost of tuition, fees and essential living expenses. Please see expense information below.

Tuition & Fees – Master’s Programs

Semester fees for one academic year.

Tuition and fees include the cost for twenty-one (21) course hours required during the year for each student’s program of study. Included in the tuition amount is the cost for a one-hour Applied Learning Practicum course that may be required by the student’s program of study for CPT participation.

Estimated living expenses
$ 7,300 (USD)

This amount is not charged to the student, but is an estimated amount of the living expenses that a student may incur during one year of study and must be demonstrated on their financial documentation. This amount may vary based on the student’s location.

Total student expense for one year.

In addition, the above costs do not indicate expenses for books, travel, personal expenses, or dependents.

FUNDING FOR DEPENDENTS:
Documentation of financial support must be provided for dependents. Original evidence of financial support (current bank statements, sponsor letter, etc.) must accompany the application in the following amounts:
• Spouse: $6,000 USD (12 months of study)
• Dependent(s): $3,000 USD per dependent (12 months of study)

If previously provided financial documentation is not from the last 6 months or does not include evidence of support for dependent, student must provide additional financial support documents.

You can pay your fees, tuition, room, board, and future bills in several ways. Paying by credit card is the fastest and most secure. We also accept certified checks and wire transfers, and Western Union (click here for information about Financial Transactions With AB). If you need to pay tuition and fees by installment, please open an account at Nelnet. Go to www.MyCollegePaymentPlan.com/AB.

• Credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express but note we assess a 2.75% transaction fee. (We have parents who use credit cards with airline miles to fly their student home at breaks.)
• Certified checks

• Installment payments through our third party.
• Cash in U.S. dollars – although we do not recommend this for safety reasons
