Stationery Guidelines
Stationery is the most common and most visible use of the graphic identity.
Stationery includes letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, and business cards. To ensure consistency across all forms of stationery, the following pages show examples of each item.
The recommended paper stock is as follows:
Letterhead:
60 lb. white offset
#10 Regular Envelopes (9×4):
24 lb. white wove
Business Cards:
100 lb. Lynx opaque white cover
Accepted Fonts for Business and Professional Writing
While Livingston and Oswald are the official typefaces, it is not necessary to use these in your written correspondences. Below are appropriate fonts to use (in order of preference) when drafting letters, memos, and copy for other official documents. These selected fonts are commonly found on most computers and closely resemble the official Livingston font:

Please Note: Members of the faculty and staff may use only approved University stationery which is printed from a preferred vendor. To order letterhead and envelopes, please complete this form.
