Annual Philippi Christmas Parade

The annual Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, December 2.

Line-up will begin at 6:00 PM on Wabash Avenue (not Subway) across from Mace’s Pharmacy, and the parade will begin at 7:00 PM.

We will decorate the trailer and truck on the east side of the old hospital by the van parking on Friday At 1:00 PM. We hope to make our float look festive with blue fringe, large candy canes, Christmas Vacation themed garland, and pre-lit pop-up trees, with almost everything re-useable for the future.

As in past parades, there will be room to sit on hay bails and toss treats to people along the route. So if you have a Santa hat or light necklaces, please feel free to bring them to help AB and the Philippi community kick off the holidays.

We look forward to having you join us to decorate and/or participate in these festive holiday traditions!
