Alderson Broaddus University Executive Vice President and Provost Joan Propst and Admissions Counselor Jamie Hicks recently presented over half a million dollars worth of scholarships to graduating Philip Barbour High School students. Awards and certificates were presented during the high school’s Senior Awards Assembly.

Those presented with awards for their first year at AB University were: Eddie Fisher, $4,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship; Emily Crites, Casey Clevenger, Emaline Hanafan, and Rachel Kennedy, $8,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship; Danah Mallow and Trevor Mouser, $10,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship; Isaiah Simon, $10,000 Academic Excellence and $4,000 Athletic Scholarship; Chelsea Morral, $12,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship; Macey Dean, $17,780 Tuition Scholarship; and, Tyler Rogers, $22,530 Tuition Scholarship.
