COMMUNITY PARTICIPATES IN TOWN HALL MEETING

On Tuesday, July 31, 2012, over 100 community members and business owners gathered in the Court Room of the Barbour County Courthouse to participate in the town hall meeting “Together, Growing Barbour Count

Coordinated by Alderson-Broaddus College, Barbour County Chamber of Commerce, and Philippi Main Street, the main topic of discussion was the unprecedented enrollment growth at A-B College- a 300% increase in new students for fall 2012- and the impact on Philippi and Barbour County.
