Accepted Students – Class of 2018

Congratulations on your acceptance to Alderson Broaddus University! You have completed the first step to becoming an AB Battler. This page includes information to help guide you through the rest of the enrollment process.

Visit Campus
We would love to have you come visit our growing campus! Visiting is the best way to see if AB is the right fit for you.  We offer many different campus visit options, and we are more than happy to work with you to make your time on campus one to remember. Please call the Admissions Office or go to our Campus Visit page to schedule your visit today.

Submit Your FAFSA
By completing and sending in your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) you can see how affordable AB will be for you! AB’s FAFSA code is 003806. We begin sending out official award packages the first week of March. Once you have received your award, feel free to contact our office with any questions regarding your financial aid package. We'll be glad to help!

Want an early estimate on your financial aid package?  Check out our Early Estimator tool, which allows the Financial Aid Office to calculate an ESTIMATE of your financial aid eligibility.

Reserve Your Spot
An enrollment deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot in the AB Class of 2018. You can make your deposit a number of ways:
•   Calling the Admissions Office at (304) 457-6256 to pay by debit/credit card
•   Mailing a check to the Admissions Office (please make check payable to Alderson Broaddus University and include student’s name in the subject line)
•   Paying in person at the Admissions Office by check or debit/credit  card
To receive priority, be sure to submit your enrollment deposit by May 1st! This deposit allows you to take the next steps to becoming an official AB student.

Register for Summer Registration
All new students are required to attend Summer Registration. During the Summer Registration, you will meet with your academic advisor, register for classes, take your photo for your student ID, and visit the Financial Aid and Business offices. Watch your mailbox for a formal invitation beginning in February.

The Student Affairs Office will begin sending information about housing for deposited students starting in mid-April.
