Ms. Lucinda McCartney

Ms. Lucinda McCartney joined the faculty at Alderson Broaddus in 2011 as an Assistant Professor in the Nursing Department.  Her primary teaching responsibilities include Acute Psychosocial and Community Mental Health Nursing as well as Peer Group for Fundamentals.

McCartney earned her Baccalaureate in Nursing at Alderson Broaddus in 1994, her MSN from University of Phoenix in 2005 and Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from WVU in 2007.  McCartney is currently working towards her Juris Doctorate at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

McCartney has three children, one daughter who is a Registered Nurse at UHC, a daughter and son who are both currently students at Alderson Broaddus University.
