Dear New Student,
Welcome to Alderson-Broaddus College! To help with your transition, we have planned a Spring Orientation that will take place on January 13, 14 and 15, 2013. Please check out the detailed schedule available online. Please note the mandatory events listed on the schedule, beginning with the New Student Check-in on January 13 at 5pm in the Crim Dining Hall which is located in the Campus Center. At check-in you will receive information about the schedule, a checklist of items to accomplish during Orientation, and information about the Spring Off-Campus Excursion to Canaan Valley Resort.
You may notice on the schedule that there is time set aside for Academic Testing. If you are required to take those tests, you will be notified by the Admissions Office.
You will be receiving information from the Office of Student Affairs regarding your Residence Hall assignments and the Residence Hall check-in procedures and times.
