How Can I Eat?

Your College I.D. is your admission ticket to our dining facilities.
If you do not have your ID card with you in the dining facilities, you may not use your meal plan.

What If I Lose Or Forget My Card?

If you lose or forget your card you will need to visit the Campus Business Office on the second floor of Burbick Hall.

How Can I Pay For A Guest?

If you have a guest on campus, you may ONLY use Battler Bucks, cash or credit/debit card to pay for them. Meals are ONLY for you and are not transferable.

Residential Student Dining Plans

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2014-2015 academic year. Students are automatically enrolled in the 12-weekly through the first week of class. To make a change to your plan before the deadline, see the cashier in the Heiner Dining Room, or visit the Campus Business Office.

10 Weekly

This plan provides for 10 meal swipes every 7 days of the board plan period, as well as $350 Battler Bucks for the semester.

12 Weekly

This plan provides for 12 meal swipes every 7 days of the board plan period, as well as $250 Battler Bucks and for the semester.

15 Weekly

This plan provides for 15 meal swipes every 7 days of the board plan period, as well as $150 Battler Bucks for the semester.

19 Weekly

This plan provides for 19 meal swipes every 7 days of the board plan period, as well as $125 Battler Bucks for the semester.

The meal swipes may be used in the Heiner Dining Room in the Campus Center. If a student runs out of meal swipes. Battler Bucks may be used in the Heiner Dining Room. Unused Battler Bucks will be carried over from the fall to spring semester only, all flex balances will be wiped out after the final day of the meal plan in the spring semester.

Meal Cards

Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to a Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected. Each student is required to present the cashier with their Student ID to debit their account for meals. Without a Student ID, students will NOT be permitted to use their meal plan in the dining room, or other retail locations. Meals are permitted only for the ID holder- they are non-transferrable.

Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. If this has happened to you, please visit the Campus Business Office on the second floor of New Main Hall.

How Do Battler Bucks Work?

Battler Bucks can be used like cash ($1.00 Battler Bucks = $1.00 Cash) toward purchases in The Cave, Jazzman’s or the Dining Room.

What If I Run Out Of Battler Bucks?

You may purchase more Battler Bucks at the Campus Business Office on the second floor of Burbick Hall.

What Happens To Unused Battler Bucks?

Unused Battler Bucks carry over from Fall to Spring Semester. Any unused Battler Bucks expire for everyone at the end of Spring Semester.
